Refunds and Returns

This returns and refunds policy is for the Honour Jewellery Ltd website, and has to do with how we handle refunds and returns for products bought on this store. Most of our products are made to order, to your personalised requests. This makes them non-returnable.

Bespoke Jewellery

All of our bespoke pieces are non-returnable.

Resin Jewellery

If your piece contains resin, we do offer a ‘free top coat and polish forever’ (this is limited to once per year). This is because resin can be scratched and can dent over time.

Please email sam@honourjewellery.co.uk with your order number to request a returns kit. She will reapply your top coat and re-polish your resin free of charge. Your item will be returned to you within 2-3 weeks.

Celebration and Memorial Jewellery

All of our celebration and memorial pieces are non-returnable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Faulty Items

Should you deem your item to be faulty, please email sam@honourjewellery.co.uk with your order number to request a returns kit.

We will inspect your item and rectify any manufacturing faults, your item will then be returned to you.

Any item/s that are not personalised can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days. These item/s include necklace chains or bracelets that have been purchased without any personalisation.

The non-personalised item/s must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

Alterations

If an item is not to your liking, we can accept the item back for alterations, these alterations to your original order would be at your expense. We can always quote for this before any works are carried out.

Guarantee

We guarantee our jewellery for 2 years, subject to normal wear and tear.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it by emailing sam@honourjewellery.co.uk.

Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

You undertake to inspect all items purchased as soon as possible after receipt, to ensure that they conform with the order placed and, if not, will notify us as soon as possible in writing and in any event within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) so that we may take steps to rectify any genuine problems; however, these obligations shall not preclude any of your other rights, where applicable, under these Conditions of Sale or in respect of your consumer rights. In relation to any product(s) subject to return, title and risk in those goods remains with you until they has been received, in the condition specified within our returns policy.

Personalised Items

Our returns and exchange policy does not apply to personalised items, including those that we have created or personalised for you, resulting in a unique item designed around your own needs or specifications; however, we will provide a full refund if you change your mind and notify us that you wish to cancel your order before we have made arrangements to create your item and sent you an email accepting your order (“order acceptance email”). 

Should you cancel your order at any point after we have made the arrangements to create your item, we shall be entitled to charge you for the reasonable time and costs incurred on or before the time of cancellation.

Returns

If you simply change your mind about an order, you should contact us with 1 day (24 hours) with your order details; provided we receive your cancellation before we have started work on your order, we will be able to quickly refund the price paid, or alternatively arrange an exchange for you.  If the item has already been made and or dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns Process below.

Where applicable, a refund will be made to the payment card that was used to place the order; where the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will not therefore go to the recipient of the gift; they will need to make arrangements with the original purchaser; alternatively, we are happy to arrange an exchange of the item, subject to our exchange policy, where the exchanged item is for a price equal to or higher than the original item.
